Great Makeup Box and excellent customer service
"Brought the makeup box because I was fed up of going away and finding out that the hotel had ‘Mood lighting’ which made it virtually impossible to do my makeup. So I brought it several weeks before my cruise to ensure I had all the makeup and creams I needed and all I had to do was close it and carry it knowing that everything I needed was in this lovely case. The day before we were due to board and the little red light came on to say it needed recharging - unfortunately it wouldn’t recharge. I contacted Beautifect by the chat box and Emma tried several different ways to try and sort the issue but to no avail. She then posted out a new box - with no charge - to the hotel for delivery by 9am where we were staying the next day before we boarded for the cruise. No questions, no additional charges and sent me a code to return the faulty box once I got back. Emma was brilliant and I have never received such excellent customer service - thank you for all you did for me and I love love love the makeup box"
