GLOW CLUB FAQS

The Beautifect Glow Club is our exclusive rewards programme designed to thank you for shopping with Beautifect. Members can earn points on purchases and selected activities, unlock rewards, and enjoy exclusive member perks.
Joining is free and easy. Simply create a Beautifect account and opt into the Glow Club rewards programme. Once signed up, your points from previous purchases will be waiting.

Points are added to your Glow Club account after completing eligible activities such as purchases, referrals, or reviews.
For orders, points are usually added once your order has been processed and shipped. Rewards can then be redeemed through your Glow Club account when available.

You move up through Glow Club levels by earning more points and continuing to shop and engage with Beautifect. The more points you collect, the higher your membership level and the better the rewards and perks you unlock.

In most cases, Glow Club rewards can be combined with promotions unless otherwise stated. However, only one discount or reward code may usually be applied per order.
Please check the terms of each promotion for any exclusions.

To earn points for a review, log into your Beautifect account and submit a verified product review through the review request email or your customer account.
Points are awarded once the review has been approved. Reviews must follow our review guidelines to qualify.

Your Glow Club level status remains active as long as you continue to meet the required annual spend or points threshold. If the threshold is not maintained during the review period, your status may adjust accordingly.

If you already have a Beautifect account, simply sign in to join the Glow Club and your eligible previous purchases should automatically be linked to your account.
If you believe purchases are missing, please contact Customer Care for assistance.

You can view your Glow Club points balance by logging into your Beautifect account and visiting the Rewards section. Your available points, rewards, and activity history will all appear there.

No, there is currently no limit to the number of Glow Club points you can earn through eligible purchases and activities.

Referral points are only awarded for successful qualifying purchases. If a referred friend cancels or returns their order, the referral points will be removed from your account.

Your balance may decrease if:
• You redeemed points for a reward
• A purchase was refunded or cancelled
• Referral rewards became ineligible
• Points expired according to programme terms

Some activities may take a little time to process. If your points have not appeared after 24–72 hours, please contact our Customer Care team with details of the activity completed and we’ll be happy to help.

Yes, available rewards and redemption options can be applied during checkout once you have enough points in your account.

If points are subject to expiration, we’ll notify you by email before they expire. You can also check your rewards dashboard at any time to view your current points balance and expiration details.
