Refund policy

At Beautifect we are really proud of our products, and we hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return selected unused* products in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange, returns must be received by us within 30 days of your delivery.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We provide a fully tracked, comprehensive returns label to ensure your order arrives safely. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely with your name and order number is included, if an item is not packaged securely and arrives to us damaged we cannot offer a refund. 

USA & UK returns

  1. To start your return, head to our returns portal - you must use the same email for the order, to make the return. 
  2. Select the items you’d like to return and your reason for return. This helps us to improve our products!
  3. Select your chosen returns courier.
  4. All of our returns options are printer-less, you will receive a QR code and this can be printed at any of our drop-off locations. If you do wish to print the return yourself, you can request a label on the portal.
  5. Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed, automatically to your original method of payment. Please note if items are not returned in original packaging or if parts are missing, deductions will be made from your refund amount. 

Exchanges

At Beautifect all items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
 In the unfortunate and unlikely case of a defective or damaged product, please contact us right away to let us know at contact@beautifect.com we will inspect the item, replace with a brand new item and cover any postage costs. Any issues must be communicated to us within 14 days of delivery. 

Cancelling your order

We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.

Important information

Please note if you enter incorrect shipping information at checkout and the courier cannot deliver the package to you, or if you miss all delivery attempts or if you fail to provide customs information/payment if requested for international orders your package will be returned back to us. In this case we will provide you with a refund, please note all shipping charges related to this, including outstanding customs charges, (sending the package to you and receiving the package back) will be deducted from your refund amount.

*Please note, due to hygiene reasons, used product's will be discarded of without a refund offered.

Orders placed on or after the 15th November 2025 are qualified for extended returns on their purchase up until 15th January 2026.
