Seasonal Shipping Notice (Christmas Delivery)

Christmas order cut-off dates are as follows:
• Europe: December 10, 2025
• USA: December 22, 2025
• UK: December 22, 2025
• Australia: December 22, 2025 Victoria, or December 19, 2025 (depending on territory).

We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping information based on details supplied by our courier partners. At the time of ordering, we aim to clearly communicate the most current guidance regarding Christmas delivery timelines. While we do our very best to ensure orders arrive on time, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We sincerely apologize if your order arrives later than expected and truly appreciate your patience, we promise it will be worth the wait.

Orders placed on or after the 15th November 2025 are qualified for extended returns on their purchase up until 15th January 2026.

Please be aware that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

UK Shipping - From Beautifect HQ

• Delivery Time: 1-3 business days from dispatch
• Under £100: £3.95 Standard delivery
• Over £100: FREE next business day delivery
• Carrier: Royal Mail

Beautifect International Locations

• UAE/GCC: Products are stocked in Dubai and available for delivery across the GCC.
• Australia/New Zealand: Products are stocked in Australia and available for delivery across Australia and New Zealand.
• USA: Products are stocked in USA and available for delivery across the USA, excluding Military Addresses, PO boxes and US Overseas Territories.

All other orders will be fulfilled from Beautifect HQ in United Kingdom.

Important Information

Beautifect products are stocked in three locations worldwide (UK, USA, UAE and Australia), and we offer shipping worldwide. If your shipping country is not found at checkout please get in touch and we will be happy to arrange shipping for you. 

Incorrect Shipping Details: If incorrect shipping information is provided during checkout, or if the courier is unable to deliver the package (e.g., after failed delivery attempts), or if customs information/payment is not supplied when requested for international orders, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, a refund will be issued, but please note that full shipping charges (both for delivery and return) will be deducted from your refund.

Europe - Orders dispatched after 10th December 2025 are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
