At Beautifect we are really proud of our products, and we hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return any item unused in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, extended to 5th Jan for Christmas gifting. All returns must be communicated via email to email@example.com. We will reply to you with full return instructions.
The cost of the return is payable by the customer. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and your packing list with your name and order number is included, if an item is not packaged securely and arrives to us damaged we cannot offer a refund. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, and retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Inside your package please include your name and order number.
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed, automatically to your original method of payment. Please note if items are not returned in original packaging or if parts are missing, deductions will be made from your refund amount.
At Beautifect all items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. In the unfortunate and unlikely case of a defective or damaged product, please contact us right away to let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org we will inspect the item, replace with a brand new item and cover any postage costs. Any issues must be communicated to us within 14 days of delivery.
Cancelling your order
We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.
Please note if you enter incorrect shipping information at checkout and the courier cannot deliver the package to you, or if you miss all 3 DHL delivery attempts or if you fail to provide customs information if requested for international orders your package will be returned back to us. In this case we will provide you with a refund, please note all shipping charges related to this (sending the package to you and receiving the package back) will be deducted from your refund amount.
